Pentecost Service – so that our very breathing may be animated by the imitation of Christ…

The Day of Pentecost, also known as Whit Sunday, marks fifty days since Easter Day; the end of the Easter season. Rev. Dr. Matthijs Ploeger leads this Holy Eucharist Service, supported by our choir for a choral worship, as we remember how the Holy Spirit was given to the disciples after Jesus’s ascension into heaven – “…the Spirit turns our attention towards the one sent by the Father, declaring that Jesus is Lord and forming Jesus in each one of us – so that our very breathing may be animated by the imitation of Christ”. Do join us at 14.30 on Sunday 9th June.
